This charming home is located directly across the street (College Avenue) from the Randall L. Jones Theatre and soon to be built Centre for the Performing Arts.
Once the home of Blanch Houchen (our Nana), it can now be your special home away from home as you enjoy the educational benefits of Southern Utah University.
Nana's is beautifully decorated and has two bedrooms each with a queen size bed. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a separate dining room, one bathroom with tub/shower, a laundry room downstairs, and a spacious living room. Outside is a private off street parking driveway and a lovely yard to enjoy.
